This move will further promote cross-regional and cross-departmental resource sharing and promote the realization of "cross-provincial" and "intra-regional" government service matters related to road transport.

After the system is connected, Ningxia's "Internet + Road Transport Government Services" capabilities will be greatly enhanced. Applicants can apply for road transport-related government services at the autonomous region, city, and county levels on the Ningxia Government Services Network. Window staff will pre-examine materials in the administrative approval and public service system. After the business is accepted, it will be automatically transferred to the road transport administration information system for processing. After completion, the relevant certificate information will be pushed to the electronic certificate comprehensive management system to generate electronic certificates. Applicants can view and print electronic certificates on the Ningxia Government Services Network, the "My Ningxia" App, and the road transport administration information system.

This move also solved the problem of window staff having to enter data twice into the relevant system, and cancelled the Ningxia road transport-related certificates that were mainly paper and IC cards, saving applicants and road transport management departments more than 1 million yuan in certificate production costs each year.

At present, the Ningxia road transport administration information system has basically completed the upgrade and transformation and comprehensive application system construction, and is ready to connect with the Ningxia government service network, administrative approval and public service system, and electronic certificate comprehensive management system.
