At present, Harbin, Qiqihar, and Daqing, which have a permanent population of more than 1 million, have continuously improved the layout of bus lines through planning and regulation, line network optimization, and adjustment of transportation capacity, and have basically achieved full coverage of bus stops within 500 meters in urban built-up areas.
