Walking into the main project department of Section 7 of the Beijing New Airport to Dezhou Expressway from the Beijing-Hebei border to the Tianjin-Shijiazhuang section (referred to as the Beijing-Dezhou Expressway Phase I project), the surrounding environment is refreshing. "From real-time uploading of on-site videos, input and submission of progress reports to the approval of data files, each step can be completed through the platform, realizing integrated management and standardized control of the entire project process." Yang Haifeng, head of the Safety Section of the Beijing-Dezhou Expressway Phase I Project Preparatory Office, said that with the intelligent management platform, work efficiency has been improved, effectively ensuring quality and construction period.

The first phase of the Beijing-Dezhou Expressway project also implemented the "first piece project acceptance and approval system" throughout the entire line, and the first operation and first piece of project implemented by the team were evaluated in steps and levels. Deng Guo said that all sub-projects of the main 3 bids of the project adopted the first piece approval system. At the peak of production, the daily output of small prefabricated components reached 17,000 pieces, which effectively guaranteed the construction period and quality.
